Much of the fear associated with job interview performance stems from a lack of preparation, if you do the groundwork prior to your interview you will inevitably be in a more positive frame of mind
Securing a new job is tough work and for many people the interview stage is the most daunting part of the process. Much of the fear associated with job interview performance stems from a lack of preparation, if you do the groundwork prior to your interview you will inevitably be in a more positive frame of mind and ready for any curve ball that might be thrown in your direction.
So what does the groundwork entail? A whole host of factors contribute to your performance in a job interview and during our interview training sessions we assess (and stress the importance of) factors like your physical appearance and body language, your knowledge of the company and the role on offer and of your own CV.
With the relevant job specification in mind, we can help you identify your key skills and achievements and tailor them to highlight your suitability to the role on offer. Through research we can also try to build a profile of how your upcoming interview might be structured and prepare some answers to typical questions, particularly those that are competency based.
The structure of our interview training sessions vary to suit the needs of each individual. Sometimes a mock interview might be the best option, whilst on other occasions an open discussion might be more appropriate. We can usually suggest how the session should be structured once we get to know a little about your needs, so call us on the number below to get started.
